Liquid Circulation Units
This system maintains a constant liquid level of the coating liquid and also circulates the coating liquid to filter out impurities.
Treatment tank: 4-sided overflow system (with sub-tank) Customized to customer specifications including tank size, filter accuracy, circulation method (air, chemical), flow rate, etc.
Concentration control by viscometer (specific gravity meter) and liquid temperature control by heat exchanger can also be added.
